Bad service
Driver never showed up and when I gave him a call to see what was going on he claimed to not be my driver and said had no idea what I was talking about. So I canceled the ride. However uber charged me TWICE, once for the ride I never got and then an additional $10 out of nowhere. Emailed the company and they said they would fully refund my money, but that never happened! Only got back the $10 that they were never even supposed to charge me for in the first place!
