Incorrectly charged cancellation fee!
While in Washington D.C. recently, I called for an Uber ride. After about 13 minutes, I was informed that the ride had been cancelled and to call for another car, which I did. That ride was also cancelled. I suppose that the third time is the charm, because the third ride I called for actually showed up and delivered me to my destination. I found out later that my credit card had been charged a cancellation fee for the first ride I had called! In series of emails to customer support at Uber, I reported the incident. I never got any resolution to the problem. Needless to say, I probably will never call Uber again!
