Five stars till they sucked

I paid for a pickup up five times. And the five minutes didnt change, until it became 6, then 7 minutes over the course of 30 minutes while everyone waited. Ive referred Uber to countless people. Even had referred Uber as a job to one of the people this eve. Looks like it is Lyft or Yellow Cab from now on though. What happened???

In reading reviews it looks like Im not the only one. Uber was good while it lasted.
