Not the uber I used to know

Have used Uber for a long time, but it has gotten to the point that Im saying goodbye. An issue comes up with at least every other ride now (i.e. Driver taking longer route / taking forever to find me / pin location giving absurd address) and it just isnt worth the hassle. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. Only using Lyft from now on.
