"Driver is completing a trip nearby"...

"Driver is completing a trip nearby" has made Uber completely unreliable. I have now repeatedly had to cancel appointments because the time estimates are completely wrong. The initial pickup estimate was 2 min, then when a car was chosen it became 6 min and "driver is completing....". 15 minutes later it says the same thing. I had to cancel the appointment I was trying to get to again. This is a regular occurrence now. I used to use Uber exclusively for travel because it was reliable. I can no longer do so. Very infuriating service now, when it used to be wonderful and fairly precise. Extremely disappointed.
