Overall my experience with the drivers have been good one. They are on time and very respectful. The app is easy enough to use. I do think that Uber itself is more concerned about the business side, rather than the customer service side. They should really work to find a balance with both. They could also give better incentives to their drivers. They get little to do a lot.
