Scheduled pick up time is unreliable

I occasionally schedule rides hours, or even days in advance. Today was especially disappointing– my Uber arrived nearly 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. Not only was I late for my appointment, but Uber Support offered only their grim condolences, saying we cannot take responsibility for this [because it would cost us.]

Uber is thoroughly unreliable and dissatisfactory, and this has little to do with the drivers themselves, but rather, more to do with the system of dispatching drivers efficiently.
