Less Impressed with Each Use

I used to use uber pretty regularly but each consecutive experience has become more frustrating. First of all the app does not locate riders well which leads to confused drivers, frustrated riders and added waiting fees when youve been sitting there waiting for your ride all along. Also peak demand time fee inflation- for example charging $27 for an 11 minute ride at 9 pm on a Sunday- is ridiculous. Will not be using this app again.
