Disappointed Joburg user

The drivers here in Joburg OR Tambo only target long distance rides and will call the customer to ask where they dropping. We who stay in Kempton are now disadvantaged. I have been using uber and its my right to request for a service irrigardless of whether my distance is 5 miles or what unless they are conditions we are unware of.
