Disappointed

Used UberPool feature recently and was told an amount that Id be charged, and was charged double. Upon bringing the issue to their help desk, I was strung through a series of emails and only partially refunded a portion of the incorrect charge. After emailing in response to this issue, I was then ignored, and the issue went unresolved. Thanks.
