RIP Uber

I will NEVER use Uber again.

Between the location services running ALL THE TIME in the background to uncoordinated Customer Service, the only thing left is the drivers.

NEVER take Uber Pool. The drivers cant see your address, so they call you. Once they find out youre not going far, they call/text to tell YOU to cancel. They lied about where they were. They pick and choose their riders based on distance.

Whatever the company is doing is ruining the driver/rider experience.
