Service as poor as taxicab

After lengthy back and forth with customer support and completely useless responses Ive decided to delete this app. I had a driver cancel my trip for being too short ($18) and when I reordered a new driver I was charged $4 more due to surge and Uber did nothing to remedy the problem. Their answer to my complaint was that I was not charged a cancellation fee and not to worry.
