Why do my prepaid credits keep vanishing?? I buy a $30 card ?, use $15 or so, and POOF! Gone?. Customer Support is awesome ? and go above and beyond helping me?, but... Why do I have to contact ? them so often? ??‍♂️Im about to take the bus ?
