Horrible experience

I used to take Uber a lot since I have moved to metro area, now i use lyft. The reason? Where do I start? 1. Horrible GPS/navigation. 2. Horrible customer service! It happened to me couple of times- I requested uber for a longer destination and usually there is a lot of traffic. And since there is a fee of cancellation, 2 of my drivers, instead of cancelling my ride, they kept driving around my area instead of picking me up! A driver names Arash of Toyota Camry didnt pick up my calls and made me wait 25 minutes. After that I had no choice but to cancel it myself!
Another incident? One driver once dropped me in the middle of freeway when he found out I requested uberpool and he didnt want to take uberpool. So he asked me to "get out of my car". So polite and professional!
