Worst Service. Deleting from my phone.

Ubers GPS took my driver in the wrong direction from the airport then ran us through figure eights, back tracking through side streets. This doubled the travel time and cost, which caused me to miss my sons baseball game. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding the trip ($25), Uber charged me for the original value of the trip. Apparently my time and family events are of no value to Uber.
I just downloaded Lyft for the first time. Goodbye Uber.
