Flawed App, ruined my day

Throughout the night, 3 drivers have cancelled on my trip which left me helpless at 2 in the morning(had to call my sister). In the morning, called an uber for my mother, the driver has not arrived, its been three hours. I cant even cancel the ride. The drivers phone is not responding and my phone is heating up because the app is using my location services. Im even willing to pay to cancel it but Im unable to. And I cant even order multiple ride so I could at least hope the next one arrives.
Plus, being an international user, I cant even use customers service as the helpline is only available inside the USA. Its a flawed system. Id rather pay a little extra for services like careem, where the drivers are held responsible, arrive on time and I get proper service and I can at least call the customer service if otherwise.
