The driver took two wrong freeway exits and canceled the trip while we were in her car because she felt terrible that her mistakes costed us so much time. She lets us know that the drive will be free. And of course, we were charged even more than agreed in the app prior to the drive. We reported this to support and they kept sending me standard responses of how a drive is calculated.... no wonder uber is going downhill.
