I recently I requested a ride from the airport to a friends house (LAX to Studio City). The driver immediately called me and asked where I was going I told him and he canceled the ride. The price then DOUBLED for the exact same ride when I requested a new driver.

Apparently they dont see the destination until they pick you up, this ensures you get the nearest driver that accepts. So whatever you do, DONT TELL THE DRIVER WHERE YOURE GOING unless you want to get canceled on and pay more! From now on Im gonna play dumb and say Im just visiting and the address has been submitted through the app, see you soon.
