Uber company are thieves. I do not suggest this service to anyone.

They steal from you. I take Uber to work everyday. The prices I pay is normally $9.62. No more than $10.00. When you request a ride, you put in your pick up and drop of locations and the tell you the price. Lately they have been quoting me a price and then after the ride is completed they charge more than what you agreed to. Today, I took a ride and was quoted $9.82 that was the normal amount so I requested my ride. After checking today, the actually charged me 11.99. This is starting to happen often and for me, every dollar adds up. I reached out to them and they state oh thats within out estimate so no adjustment will be made. One of Ubers drivers even threaten to run us off the rode one day because he had cancer and had to drive for Uber. Its absurd that they would treat a customer the way they do. I was a faithful customer until now. Ubers okay until you have an issue and cant speak to anyone. You have to go through email and all the do is copy and paste their responses. Theres no true customer service.
