Fake transportation ‼️‼️‼️

I feel if a driver doesnt know the area they need to let another driver get the passenger so they dont miss their Chemo treatments as I was on April 27, 2017;
They dont need to say that they are on the way when; they are going around in circles over 20 minutes away;
