1st review Ive done on iTunes

This is the first time Ive ever written a review but being that the app has become so bad I had to.

Uber worked fine for a year but recently its glitches, canceled rides, and "request failure" have gotten out of hand with their email only customer service doing a poor job of fixing problems.

I just switched to Lyft this week and havent gotten the issues so far
