GPS malfunction?

I dont know if its a matter of GPS but Uber Drivers ALWAYS get lost.

Ive been an user for 8 months now and 99% of the times that I request Uber, no matter where I am, they NEVER know the right route so it takes them more time than expected to get to the correct address (when picking up).

So, estimated time is always Wrong because the drivers never know how to get to your location. No problem, you can always cancel and its free of charge if they take more time than what they calculated, right?
Not Quite! You try to cancel and, even though its been more time than what they said, Uber charges you $5 because its been more than 5 minutes since you requested the ride.

Price is fine, it may vary depending on the traffic. But is not the best option if you are in a rush. You have to fix this or get drives who actually know how to follow the directions that the GPS give to them.
