Ive been using this for 6 months. I LOVE the rideshare system and the convenience of doing everything thru an app, but THIS CO. has NO concerns for customers.
Specifically:
No contact us button ANYWHERE on app or website.
No email address provided.
No phone # to call a live person.
VERY HARD to figure out how to send them ANY kind of messages in ANY way.
Juno and Lyft provide ALL the above AND are cheaper.
I switched and am glad. Good riddance Uber.
