Even when Im not using the app

Im being tracked!! Im not sure why Uber needs to know my where I am when not using their app or paying for their service, thats a bit much. Lets not forget the constant updates and taking up of space when their updates dont really point to any accuracy in finding your location... again i dont know why they need to know where I am when I am not using the app and when I am using the app they cant pin point my exact location... common!!!
