Stop tracking location always, only track while using app

If you let app track location only while using the app, I will make this my primary ride share app. I get $15 monthly credit to use this app, I still dont use it because this app asks for more permissions then it actually need to do its job. There is no reason why I should let Uber track all my location and visits wherever I go walking, running, in transit, biking, by driving or by Lyft.

Please fix it.
