Too many minors, no-show riders, parents dont have carseats

Enforce your terms of service! Not only is this agains your own terms if service, it illegal for rideshare and taxi drivers to transport unaccompanied minors. Drivers should not have those cancellations count against them. Drivers should also not be penalized for cancelling a ride after waiting the required wait time. Drivers are not paid for waiting prior to pickup so thwre is no incentive to wait any longer than 2min. for Uberpool and 5 for UberX

Then there are the parents that request a ride with their children, but dont have proper restraints. The other day I had a lady tried having me give her a ride while carrying her newborn infant. I am not going to put a child in harms way and I should not get penalized for trying to keep them safe.
