Horrible recently

More and more often I have drivers who drive the opposite way and wait for me to cancel the ride so I get charged and they are not penalized.

I live in NYC I will take a black car or yellow cab. If you live somewhere you can call or hail a cab (which is almost everywhere) you should. I wont be using UBER again.
