New app is confusing. "Always tracks you"

New version is awful!
-cant find way to pin destination on the map. (If I dont know the address, how can I put the destination?). e.g. Dubai doesnt have addresses.
-Theres no instructions on how to use it-frustrating to find out how to do things that I used to do.
-it now always tracks your location, even not using app!!!
