There no way to communicate with support center while in trip. The only way to communicate to them is to "complain" about the trip when it is completed, and even then your messages are answered by an automated system and not a live person. What if my life is in danger? What if I am communicating that they just didnt charge me the right fare? Seriously, even if you speak to a live person they dont get any smarter than bot.
