The app is great and the drivers are great—until they arent. When they arent, Uber sends you a canned response and doesnt take any time to follow up. Furthermore, they dont feel the need to address further concerns with the level of customer service, and leave it at that.
I know that crowdsourcing leaves holes in the product, but the least they could do is make it seem like they care. Very disappointed in a service that I used to champion, and less likely to use Uber in the future— thats for sure.
