Being unfairly charged
I did like using Uber until this weekend. We took a trip from the restaurant The Melting Pot in Houston back to our hotel which was right down the road less than 2 miles. After being dropped off, the driver either forgot to end the ride or purposely didnt end the ride and said that we drove all around Houston using 59 and 610 which was not the case. When I tried to explain this to Uber support, Im being blamed for entering the wrong information. I dont know how many more times I can say "I put that we needed to be dropped off at Hyatt Place, and that is where we were dropped off within a few minutes of getting in the car" and yet Im being charged for a trip I did not take to a location that I dont even know what it would be. Have no idea whats on the street he said he dropped us off at. The chain of emails between me and Uber support is just ridiculous. All I asked is that they adjust the trip to the one we actually took. I feel like thats a fair request.
