Pray you dont forget something in your uber...

I had used uber for almost 5 years until recently.

My buddy and I took a ride on a Saturday night. My friend left his glasses (prescription) and I left a hat behind.

The following morning, I contacted uber which put me in touch with the driver. The driver never returned any of my calls or messages. However, he confirmed to uber that he found my hat. Then then told me he would contact me about meeting to return it.

Long story short, its been well over a month and I never heard back from the guy. My real question is, why the heck would uber tell you that your driver has your belonging, but not return it to you?!

Such bad business! They passed the buck onto the driver and he wasnt responsible enough to meet up with me to return my hat.

He also claimed he never found my buddies glasses which I think is a lie.

Uber is like any other major company in this country, all about profit and they forget who helped them get to where they are.......the rider.
