Ive been using the app now for about 5 months because I recently moved to Georgia. I use my commuter benefits that I get through my employer which is pretty nice since I have a family of four and my wife normally takes the care to work. I was able to schedule rides using my commuter benefits card with the app until recently ( BAD UBER ). Using my benefits I experience longer wait times then someone using a debit or credit card which I dont mind but talking away the ability to schedule the ride in advance before going to work or an appointment was really helpful and now Im stuck waiting on the ride of which several times had made me late thanks to some of the no count drivers who cant follow simple directions that I text then before even picking me up. This is such an inconvenience not being able to schedule rides just because Im using my commuter benefits. It spends the same way and they have always gotten the money. This practice seems kind of discriminatory because your putting people who want to use those benefits as last on the totem pole and not giving the use to the dance features as everyone else. This is bad customer service and I do know what great customer service is because I do work for a very well respected and reputable company.
