Its fine, but the Apple Watch app needs to be updated

Please update the Apple Watch app. Its very laggy and Id like it to actually help me with my uber rides.

On another note, can you guys get phone support? The chat is frustrating and horrible. Oh and you know why that is? Its because I need to contact support 75% of the time that I use Uber. How about you guys charge me what Im actually supposed to be charged, instead of me having to chase you down for a refund.

There should be no situation where an Uber pool says itll cost $4.80, and end up costing me $19.50 because of an Uber pool rider who didnt show up, making the ride way longer. Absurd. $9, fine. $10, sure. $20?! No. Just no.
