Uber navigation for drivers

Uber provides inaccurate maps for the drivers causing them to make wrong turns. I am on business this week and have ridden with 3 drivers today. All have had issues as I have my gps up as well.
Not to mention, apparently uber must be putting fear into their drivers letting rude people control the drivers job. Another reason why I will be calling for Lyft more... disappointed to hear this about Ubers culture as all my drivers have been very kind.
