Not happy with new improvements

The main reason why people liked Uber is a simplicity of application and convenience of service. We new developments service became more complicated. The mandatory final destination address makes customer spend en extra time. In case the address entered incorrect, driver cant go before changes are made. And if internet is slow or unavailable- there is no way to make this change.
P.S. Totally disappointed in Uber as service. The latest practice to charge customers a full fare BEFORE service provided is unlawful. I wait for class action law suit against Uber to join it.
