The first time the app messed up my trip itinerary. I confirmed it twice and it showed the correct information. The driver given wrong info by app and went to drop off location to pick up. This last time My dad who has Alzheimers was picked up so they can pick my dads caregiver. I spoke to the driver and asked once he picks up caregiver to drop off at another location since app does not offer muti-destinations on app. The driver didnt pick up the caregiver & dropped off my dad to the location unattended. I dont know how he could have confused that when I spoke to him on the phone.
They need better emergency numbers for this type of situation. I could not get ahold of the driver after that. Theres not even emergency numbers on app. This was very disappointing and scary. As Im writing this I still have heard from uber today & happened this a.m. 5/26/17.
Need better emergency protocols!! Especially when trip is completed & no longer have access to driver #.
