Ive been an Uber user since early last year, 4.7 rating, usually little to no issues with the drivers. However, for those moments when you get a bad driver or incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, dont expect Uber to give you any kind of customer support. They use prebuilt email responses to tell you why its your fault and why you wont get a refund. When you ask them to research the matter they send another robot response to say theyre sorry "we wont see eye to eye". I deactivated my account as of today and will never use them ever again. There are way too many other options to be stuck on such a miserable service. Avoid them.
