I have had several problems with this company. The most recent one is when they charged me differently then the price I agreed to pay for. I only became aware of it because Apple Pay sends me a notification when ever my card has been used. On my screen it appears that I was charged initially when I placed the order(normal) and immediately after when I stepped out the vehicle at a much higher rate (3X the original amount). I checked the uber app to find that they replaced the initial value with a higher value for the trip without letting me know. I thought to leave it alone as it was the first time (that I know of), but then decided that if this was an app issue it might be happening to other users as well. Thats when I decided to email customer service to inform them of the issue and they were not very helpful instead very dismissive, and they did not reassured me that this will not happen again even when I asked directly. As I went back and forth with them for an answer I later noticed that every replied came from a different person. In the end I got a return and an apology, but I want you all to be careful of such nefarious behavior by this organization.
