I know uber is pretty big now and their customer service turned into pretty poor.
They hire unprofessional drivers and dont care what happen to passengers.
I had a horrible experience with uber last week, the driver took wrong freeway and ended up wasting 40 more minutes than original estimate time, moreover, the driver kept telling me the excuse that he is new to this city and not used to driving around here...
When I claimed this issue to uber, they just emailed me back and force with same template messages and I gave it up because I felt like dealing with only the computer...
Now I use Lyft. Their customer service is still way better.
