Horrible - Stealing Money - Over Charging

If I wont pay attention to what they are charging. There is at least one per 2 weeks incident where they over charge. They counting on the fact that most do not check because they dont care, maybe. Ive been dealing with their customer support and mostly it is bad. They do not refund money and I always compare between the apps - Über Lyft or get taxi. Yet, whomever fare is cheaper I order yet. Über always charge extra more and what is annoying is that they have this auto reply to all issues. Annoying
My last incident is that I took Über pool. Thy over charged again. No refund.
