Driver didnt picked up the call and cancelled the ride

Last night I booked a uber for 2 person from S Fair Oaks , I got a driver and waiting time was 7 minutes.
I was with my wife and I waited for the car to arrive .

When the cab was very near to me I called the drive cause I could see the car.
I called 2-3 times, the driver didnt picked it up.

And went ahead from my location and cancelled the request.
Booked a cab at 11 PM with a lady because I had trust with Uber.

I then booked lyft and went home.

I hope I was able to make you understand what I felt.
