Gett or Juno are better

As with any organization that grows too fast, Uber has had a serious decline in good service. Unprofessional drivers are not concerned about consequences and riders are powerless. I asked a driver not to play music so I could have a conversation with the people I was riding with and the driver ignored me 4 times then had an attitude for remainder of the ride.
Its nearly impossible to get in touch with someone. All riders can do is send a message. What about during a ride when a driver started driving erratically. All o could do was call my mom. He was angry bc I asked him not to use the phone while driving.
I will not recommend uber to anyone and Im going to have to stop using their service.
