Good in Malaysia but... problems

I enjoyed how cheap and easy it was to get around in Malaysia with Uber, but there are several reasons Im considering alternatives. A few are:

- Uber needs an option for enabling location services only when using the app. I am forced to do this manually today.
- Uber emails receipts to me in Russian Cyrillic text. I do not speak or read the Russian language.
- Uber offers no way to review a previous driver once you start a trip with a new driver. That is a shame because a good driver is missing a five-star review.
- Uber does not let me change my name or set a profile picture. I dont even know how it got the name that it has for me now.
