I took a fixed price Uber, but the driver forgot to turn off the meter, so I got charged extra. Their "customer service" kept insisting the charge was correct and I kept insisting that they look at the map, where he clearly dropped me off, turned around, and drove the opposite direction with the meter still on. Over 15 messages later, they finally gave me the $2 back and not even an apology. Worst customer service ever.
Ive also had drivers not show up and not answer calls, drivers who call and ask where youre going and then cancel, drivers who just dont know how to use navigation. Uber used to be great, now I think its too big for its own good.
