What happened to the Uber I used to love ?

So Ive had Uber for awhile and it used to be a great company with great service and actually the drivers arent bad. Its not the drivers its the company. I dont know what has happened but the last few months Uber has went for great to horrible.

I have the Uber ride pass with the $3.99 for Uber pool if the trip is under $20. Well when I request an Uber itll show $3.99 while Im on the trip itll show $3.99 but once the trip is completed itll be triple that price a few times even more, once it was $43.00. And Ill email them and theyll give me every excuse in the book for the price increase. And its sad because they used to be a good honest company but when this ride pass expire I might have to cancel my account. I just hope the correct this problem.
