Ordered POOL, received and charged for X
I take Uber multiple times a day and I always choose pool. Yesterday I did the same, and was surprised and upset to see that even though I clearly ordered pool I was charged for X and it said I took X. When issues arise (such as a driver starting a trip without me in the car and as a result I get charged which happened a week ago) I contact customer service. It now seems that Ive used up my customer service credits as they dont want to help me anymore because Ive "already contacted customer support about a similar issue in the past". Are you serious, Uber? For riders who take Uber multiple times a day problems are more likely to arise just because we take it so much. All that customer service said is "Uber X was selected as your vehicle option for this trip. Based on this vehicle option, your fare is correct." I am really upset because I clearly remember not selecting Uber X. I ordered an Uber pool car with the fare of around 4 dollars (cant remember the exact price). While I was waiting for the car it temporarily went out and then reconnected (looked like the driver canceled and accepted the trip again but I didnt give it much thought). I took the Uber, thinking it was Uber pool because thats what I ordered. After the ride I get a receipt with a charge of $11.76 for an Uber X which i did NOT order and did NOT approve. I am very upset about this and the way Uber handles their customers.
