Over Charge and Horrible Customer Service
Ive been trying to get a refund for an over charge and was given a blanket (form reply) for why they over charge. The problem is that the uber trip didnt fall into any of the reasons given and uber declared the matter closed!
I finally was able to provide proof of why the fare was in error but they wouldnt allow it after 7 days!
Terrible...
