Not a good experience.

First, the rate was x2.5 the regular rate, because it was a busy night. I bet they dont advertise that too strongly.

Second, it kept asking for the Zip Code for my credit card - but Im Canadian. 00000 does not work, as it does with T-Mobile and others.

No email address for customer service.

Very disappointing experience, as I downloaded the app, shot the card and signed up while waiting for other cabs to appear! Thank you regular taxi company!

Update 21 Jul 2017:
Gave it one more try in Prague. Loaded the app. Driver could not find me standing alone in front of a major landmark address. He cancelled. I was charged $50 krn ($2.50 Cdn). I disputed it. Theoretically I was refunded. App would not let me bring another cab to this address.

I called a local taxi company, as I will from today forward.

Goodbye Uber! Junk!
