Not reliable, terrible customer service

I used Uber when I was in Seattle. I had a meeting to attend In the morning. I entered all correct information into the app but was dropped off at a different location (same hotel name but different address). I was visiting there so I thought it would be reliable to use Uber. Well hell no! I had to go to the other location and Uber customer service did not offer any compensation or reimbursement for their error. I ended up being late to the meeting and paid way more than a regular taxi.
Terrible customer service.
